ATC X Jimmie Johnson

Meet Jimmie Johnson

Over the course of his career, Jimmie – better known as  No. 48 – became a seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, sharing the record with stock car racing legends Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt. To date, he has won 83 times in the NASCAR Cup Series, and his run of five championships in a row (2006-2010) is one of the greatest ever seen in sports. In 2024, Jimmie was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

As co-owner of Legacy Motor Club, Jimmie selected a specialized Rōm Stacker tailored to his hospitality needs at the track.

Q: HOW WILL YOU USE YOUR TRAILER?

A: Through all these years, ATC Trailers have been a part of that journey. As a driver, I would tow a [ATC] trailer behind my motorhome to bring the kids’ toys, bikes, my bicycle, our golf cart, and a tow vehicle. Now as a team owner, we have this trailer that goes with us everywhere.

Q: WHY DID YOU CHOOSE ATC?

A: The reliability, the thought that goes into the build, the way that we’re able to tuck everything away, and carry an endless payload of options to really help us perform at the track from a business side and hospitality side to help our partners and prospects happy and engaged.

Q: TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH ATC.

A: I’ve been to Indiana to the ATC factory. Earlier this year, we picked up our Newmar coach, went to ATC and hooked up our Stacker and took our whole setup south to start the season at the Daytona 500. All in all, I could not be more impressed and more happy with the ATC product.
