Factory Pickups
We are excited to offer the ATC Elite Customer Experience and allow you to pick up your new ATC product directly from the factory!
What is the Elite Customer Experience?
The Elite Customer Experience is a factory pickup experience that ensures you receive the highest level of service. Prior to your arrival, your ATC will be cleaned, tested, and set up by trained professionals. Upon your arrival, you will receive a comprehensive walkthrough and hands-on training on your product to give you full confidence using your new rig.
We also offer a tour of the ATC factory so you can see how your unit was made.
We encourage you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and try out components during your pickup.
How Do I Sign Up?
All factory pickups must be scheduled through your ATC dealer. Here is what you can expect from the process:
1. Visit your ATC dealer and work with them to select and order your ATC product. Let your dealer know at the time of order that you would like to pick up from the factory.
2. ATC will get to work on your build! Once your unit is complete, ATC will notify your dealer and reach out to you with more information and next steps.
3. Schedule your factory pickup. Note: All paperwork and payments must be finalized with your dealer prior to scheduling a pickup, and pickups must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
4. Come see us and get your new ATC!
Directions
Most pickups are held at our headquarters in Nappanee, Indiana. However, if you are picking up a custom unit, please confirm your pickup location with your ATC contact.

Please enter through the Visitors Entrance and check in with reception when you arrive.
